FAQ
What does a video include?
The first render, and 2 feedback rounds: write what should change, and our AI makes a new version. When they are used, an extra round is for sale. A round that fails is given back.
How do I pay?
By card or iDEAL, through Stripe. You pay per video; there is no subscription. Prices exclude VAT.
Can I edit the video myself?
Yes. Change headlines, bullets, card titles and the scene order in a form, and we render it again. Edits are free, up to 5 per round.
Does the AI make up claims about my product?
We work to prevent it. The AI may use numbers and words like “fastest” only when your own text contains them, and code checks that before the video renders. It can still phrase a feature in a way you did not mean, so check every video before you use it.
What do I need to upload?
Your logo, 1 to 8 screenshots of at least 800 px wide, and a list of your features.
